Cropper Grounds Maintenance Ltd

Had a driver from this company nearly write me off the road , didn’t check his mirrors and come straight across me , thank god I slammed on and used my horn then he check and swirved back , when I asked my passenger to take a photo to contact the company I was met with abuse , it’s not okay I have my 5 month old and 9 year old children in my car , I’m a safe driver and am very shook up I’m a women and he’s a man it’s just not right . I’ll be phoning the company tommorow to see if this man can be spoken too

Great company

Absolutely disgraceful, mowing and strimming on school property aiming the grass clippings up at the cars parked next to the area they are strimming. Only needs small stones to flick up at headlights to break the glass, no signage out to let people know that work is taking place. Twice this has happened. Ridiculous. Hope they are ready for my next car cleaning bill.

As usual I find damage to my front garden after they have cut the grass. This has been an ongoing issue. Several times plants have been cut off and the lawn damaged. You complain you get excuses, excuses don't pay for dead plants or lawn repairs. I phoned the company's office yesterday and was told someone would look into it and visit me. They didn't bother to do that. I've just been fobbed off yet again. Landlord has been informed and passed it on to someone else to deal with. I don't want to see them or speak to the company. Finally a person came from Croppers Office and spoke at length. He admitted that it was the inexperienced operatives who caused the damage to my garden. I told him at length that I do not want to have put right my garden after they have cut the grass. As usual they offered a good will gesture of plants from the nursery that never turn up. Still no sign of the promised bedding plants and shrubs that are part of a good will gesture. This company said the same thing when damage was caused to my back garden. I was promised then replacement fruit trees that were killed. They looked at them and that's it. It's now 02/05/25 and no sign of those plants the company promised for damaging my back garden. The same as no sign of the plants promised for the damage to the front garden. All I got was a worthless verbal apology from one of main staff. It's now the 07/05/25 and still nothing. When you don't keep your word again and again how can you be believed.
