William and his team did a brilliant job pruned and cut excess growth on two of my trees. Even my neighbours said they look much better. They were meticulous and respectful and polite.

I found First Choice Tree Surgeons after being scammed by a "Tree Surgeon" (long expensive story) I had been left with a garden FULL of tree branches and 3 massacred trees. I looked on Google reviews and found First Choice Tree Surgeons which I wish I'd done in the first place. They came to my rescue the very next day. They turned up in a very smart uniform with all the equipment that the previous person I had been scammed by never had. They have restored my garden back to how it should be all in a couple of hours. My garden now looks pristine. They "chipped" down the mountain of branches, cleaned up and you would never know they were here. Very professional, very friendly and very experienced, they know their stuff. In future I will only ever use First Choice. A very expensive lesson learned but thank you First Choice for helping me and coming to my rescue. I really appreciate it and can't recommend this company enough.

Will and his team were great from start to finish. Communication was clear from the initial quote through to completing the job, and we always knew what was happening. They cleared a huge number of large shrubs and trees for us to prepare the garden for a new garden office, and it was amazing how much they got done in such a short space of time. Once everything was cleared, it became obvious that our old fence was beyond repair. Will talked through options and the team came back the next day to replace it, which we much appreciated. The whole team worked hard, were thoughtful, tidy and professional throughout. We will be back in touch when it’s time to tackle future garden plans.

Our garden was overgrown and our driveway was sprouting weeds and in need of a good clean. On top of that the gate was hanging off its hinges. William and his team gave us a competitive quote and fixed all our problems in one morning. They did everything we asked. Fast and efficient and they cleaned up afterwards. Great service from William and his team. We had two trees that required removal for some driveway work and the previous week had received a mailshot through the door, and thus we spoke to FCTS and others and they were the most competitive in price and William provided a start date and kept us updated on arrival times etc. His team obviously know their roles because like a small army they took down two trees, and a third which we discovered to be dead when the ivy was removed. They cleaned up as they went and even removed non-job detritus, leaving everything cleaner and tidier than before they arrived. I would definitely have them back which is the best recommendation I can give.

William and his team of 5 men were brilliant this morning-they arrived before time and set to immediately to remove a 50ft high Eucalyptus Tree that had outgrown itself. They were all very polite, courteous, and friendly and carefully moved plants, pots, a huge cactus and garden furniture before their teamwork and their aerial acrobatics over 3 hours reduced the tree to a stump. They were incredibly careful to ensure that any damage to adjacent plants and fencing was kept to a minimum and the clearing up on completion left the rear garden looking clearer and tidier than before they started! All in all, we highly recommend First Choice Tree Surgeons to anybody requiring a reliable and professional job carried out to the highest standards and safety.
