GreenThumb Newcastle & Tyneside North draws frequent praise for the standard of its lawn and hedge work, with customers describing a clear improvement in their gardens after treatment. Reliability is a theme that comes up often, as appointments are kept punctually, quotes arranged without delay and contact maintained before and throughout the job. The shaping and trimming of hedges is singled out for its neatness, and named team members Oscar, Rocco and Emmett are credited with professionalism and evident expertise in their craft.

Several reviewers note that lawns become weed free and take on a noticeably better colour following treatment, while telephone advice is described as knowledgeable and friendly. Tidiness is another recurring point, with gardens said to be left spotless once the team has finished. Reviewers also remark on how swiftly quotes and visits are organised, and the cost is considered fair for the work carried out. Hedge trimming, hedge pruning and lawn treatment form the core of the jobs described, each approached with visible care over the finish.
