We recently hired this company for a garden landscaping project, but unfortunately the work did not meet the standards that were promised at the outset. Several aspects of the job appear to have been completed poorly. In particular, the slabs were not laid properly and are uneven in places, which is disappointing given the cost and the expectations that were set during the quotation stage. We also experienced some confusion around the final price, as we were asked to pay more than what had initially been agreed. Overall, the experience was frustrating, as we expected a professional finish and clearer communication throughout the process. I hope the company takes this feedback on board and improves both the quality of their workmanship and their transparency with customers in the future. Update: In response to the company’s reply, I was a genuine paying customer and this review reflects my personal experience. It is disappointing that, instead of addressing the concerns I raised about the quality of the workmanship and the pricing, the company has chosen to claim that I am not a real client. The company is even using photographs of my garden on their website and in their marketing, which clearly demonstrates that they carried out the work at my property. I have further evidence, including quotations, payment records, messages and additional photographs, if Google requires them. My review is an honest account of my personal experience and is intended to help other customers make informed decisions.

We used Jack’s Garden Services to install a new back garden fence in October 2025 and as you can see from the photo they did a fantastic job. Jack and his colleagues are really hard working, courteous and were very tidy as they worked. They did an amazing clean up job when they’d finished, our neighbour even commented on how clean and tidy they had left the pavement and surroundings. We’d definitely recommend this company without any hesitation.

Jack and his team work so hard, and do long days. They gave us everything we asked and more. On day 2 we asked for a lot of extras which they undertook and did an amazing job.
