Jon Curtis Tree Surgery

In West End, Jon Curtis Tree Surgery has earned consistent praise for tree removal and hedge maintenance, with Jon and his team named repeatedly for their polite and respectful manner. Customers describe a dependable approach: they arrive when they say they will, explain each stage of the work and check that the household is satisfied before leaving. Tidiness after large removals or hedge cutting is a theme that runs through the feedback, with the garden left spotless and all debris cleared away.

The finished result draws frequent comment, hedges shaped neatly and trees trimmed to a high standard. Communication from the first quote through to completion is described as clear and straightforward, with no unexpected charges. Reviewers also highlight the crew's efficiency, noting they simply get on with the task without fuss.

Jon himself is credited with going above and beyond, including one account of helping a stranded moped rider, which illustrates the personal care that recurs throughout. Several people mention using the service regularly for hedge upkeep, pointing to the consistency of results over time, while others describe one-off tree removals handled with the same attention to detail. The willingness to take on both ongoing maintenance and larger jobs is a point that comes up often, with the same thoroughness applied to each visit.
