I am absolutely delighted with my new garden patio and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The team did an amazing job from start to finish and brought my vision to life exactly how I imagined it. The quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout the project were excellent. The transformation of the garden is incredible and I’m really looking forward to spending the summer enjoying the new space. I already have more ideas and future plans for the garden, and I’ll definitely be trusting these guys again to make them happen. Highly recommended!
From the first contact with Manny at JSI, he has been professional, friendly and approachable. Manny returned my query about a quote for a new garden fence really promptly. He came over a few days later to look at my garden, take photos and measurements and give me an idea of what to expect. I received a quotation the following day. I took some time over the Easter weekend and then once I responded requesting to go ahead with the quote Manny was very responsive and came back to me really quickly. The communication has been fantastic and I was kept up to date regarding times and dates. I was lucky enough that my garden is small so Manny was able to complete my project in between other work. On the day Manny arrived promptly at the expected time. His work van was so clean, and he was very respectful of my neighbours with how he parked and where he completed the work needed. My project was completed in a day, Manny kept me fully up to date with what he was doing every step of the way. Everything was so smooth, Manny was efficient and professional throughout. The garden was kept clean and tidy and Manny cleaned as he went along. My gate was built bespoke by Manny on my drive which was amazing. The work completed is of an exceptional quality and everything was left spotless. I would absolutely recommend Manny and JSI fencing for any work and will have no hesitation in using their services again. Thank you for the wonderful job you have completed. We absolutely love it.

5 Stars is the only way to start this review from initial enquiry to estimate, Mani / JSI was punctual and polite and above all open and honest , we explained our requirements , Mani talked through the job and the best way to achieve the required finish, Mani took time to discuss all aspects of the job time scale 2-3 week lead time and various material options, As agreed 2 weeks later courtesy call to confirm start date at which time deposit for materials which arrived on Monday Mani also arrived to unload and check ready for Tuesday morning , team JSI arrive prompt at a they agreed time a reasonable 8am holes dug concrete posts and rails fitted, day 2 last post and feather boarded , area left clean and tidy kept upto date multiple times through the day, and would recommend JSI 100%
