Two lads took down a cherry tree in my back garden, very polite and left the garden immaculate! They even left and cut the wood down for my log burner couldn’t recommend them more! Will be having them back in the summer to cut my conifers, I wanted them removing but was advised by Matt to just take some height off and keep them trimmed and tidy and I agree they add some privacy to the garden I didn’t think about
Came today at 8.30 am as agreed to fellel 3 large conifers and removed all the refuse all left nice and tidy. Great team first rate service.
I have had my trees pruned on many occasions and left a little disappointed. I called Just trees and what a brilliant job. They were on time Jeff knew exactly what to do also providing some very good advice. They cleaned up after and even cleaning the road outside the house. Absolutely brilliant and reasonably priced. I will be calling them in the future.
Abusive when pointed out that my garden was damaged whilst they were working in a neighbour's property. Let themselves into my garden by scaling my fencing and weren't happy when I challenged this, threatened to leave all their mess in my garden and said I should be grateful for them cleaning up THEIR mess. Very intimidating and abrupt and clearly didn't have any pride in their work. Stated I'd told my neighbour to cut the trees back, never had a conversation with said neighbour at all about this so unsure how they came to that conclusion. Found large chunks of wood next to my car and a brand new scratch which "wasn't them" - again, said with aggression. Would absolutely not use this company.
