We were delighted to find Leicester Landscaping Company. They are a very professional organisation beginning our new garden design with some great ideas that Miles and his team of designers turned into a portfolio of images so we could see what the final design would look like. The detailed specification of the work to be carried out was really helpful and Danii in the office kept us abreast of the projected start date and expected completion. The graft was done by Sean and George who were great lads and arrived promptly every morning and left everything tidy when they left each day. They were a credit to the company. Jonny oversaw the work and made sure everything was delivered on time. All in all we are really pleased with the transformation, they are probably not the cheapest but you get what you pay for these days and we would have no hesitation in recommending Leicester Landscaping Company Ltd.

* “Driven by the People, Defined by the Quality” A company is only as good as its team and if ever there was a fine example of this, it’s ‘Leicester Landscaping Company’. The quote was not cheap, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The company’s greatest asset is its crew, and its recent success is probably down to excellent recruitment choice and creating a well oiled machine! Our first meeting was with Myles for the preliminary plan, then we had great communication via Danni in the office keeping us in the loop as things were handed over to project manager Johnny Mac , who had vast experience having run his own business for over 14 years. I found him very knowledgeable , honest and transparent, and having witnessed him with a spanner under the digger when the tracking slipped, clearly not afraid to get his hands dirty should the need arise. We also met horticultural expert Terry who knew his honeysuckle from his Magnolia and gave sound advice and guidance regarding the planting, even though our initial needs were minimal. The backbone of the operation though was the ‘core workers’ , Sean and George, who gave the ‘project cost ‘ total justification with their quality workmanship, consistent customer care /satisfaction, never questioning any slight ‘change of heart’ regarding the plans, no matter how far we moved the goal posts, (or should i say Pergola posts in this case.) I’m sure Myles knows their value and looks after them accordingly as they are a rare breed and worth their weight in gold… the kind of professionals that are scarce these days and who will never be short of work! They not only kept to a working time schedule but managed to make time to enhance the plans with their own ‘vision’ of how the finished project could look, incorporating pleasing aesthetics and practicalities . We originally took on this investment with a view to selling up and downsizing, but we now feel that there are many more lazy Sunday afternoon garden parties to be had, weather permitting! We’ve now completed the second phase of the garden and it’s looking great all ready for the summer. As before, the staff have been professional, punctual and not just make our garden look just how we wanted, they even left other areas looking tidier than when they arrived! Leicester Landscaping Company installed a short length of fencing at my house. From the initial survey through to the final installation and clean-up, the whole operation was very smooth. The workers were friendly, polite and good-humoured; and they kept the site as clean as possible. The final product is excellent. I would employ them again.

If you are thinking about landscaping your garden space, look no further than here! We were really happy with the whole process, from initial design (and options to make changes) to completion. The team at LLC are amazing. You have super Dannii who keeps everything ticking over on your project... any issues and Dannii will get it sorted. The team of landscapers were all very professional, arrived on time, no shirking whatsoever and Kade managed his team superbly. We did a debrief at the end of each working day to make sure everyone was happy and to understand what the next steps would be. Terry, the plant designer ... wonderful knowledge of plants - trust Terry and you will get a lovely design of colour and variation - you just need to be clear of what you like/dislike. Miles listens carefully to what you are seeking to achieve, and his design team interpret that understanding - all available to you either on colour printed design or on a 3D headset that allows you to walk around the design. The LLC manage the whole thing, with their own people, so no issues with design v's builder conflicts! A great company that do what they say they are going to do - and deliver exceptional results. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for and we think good value.

The design fully took into account our proposals, together with helpful suggestions by the design team. We found the 3D imaging was useful and enabled us to make some minor change suggestions which were incorporated into the plan and immediately shown in the on-screen images for our final approval. The work was in 2 parts clearing of the old garden and construction of the new. The team liaised with the suppliers on the garden office and greenhouse foundations which were both spot on when they were erected. Both parts of the work went well and promised timings met, communications with the company at head office and on site individuals were excellent, and the whole process was smooth and worry free. We are very pleased with the look of the final result, and the quality of the materials used..

LLC did a very nice job of our garden which needed full clearance and digging out prior to creating something new. The virtual reality presentation of the new garden plans was beyond us 60yr olds but I've no doubt it works nicely for younger folk 😅. We are very pleased with the result and thank Myles and his team for a great job.
