4.8 / 5 · 108 totalContacted LGS to arrange cutting my garden and discussed that I needed to purchase a green bin and we would wait until I received this for them to attend and cut the grass not date was agreed and they just turned up at my property one Thursday afternoon with no bin for them to put the clippings in. We then had no communication regarding a bank holiday Monday and how they would be a day behind until I contacted them asking why the grass hadn’t been cut. Now with the weather being lovely they were due to come cut the grass at the end of June. We cleared the garden of the funiture and pool for my baby so that the grass was clear for them to cut but never turned up. Didn’t use the garden for 2 days in the boiling weather as we were waiting for them. Me and my partner both text asking where they were as we wanted to use the garden. 2 weeks later and we have still been ignored with no response. So unprofessional it’s unbelievable.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great service from Liverpool Gardening Services. My front and back gardens had been neglected for around two months and were in need of a good grass trim. They did a fantastic job and the difference was amazing. There was a little bit of miscommunication regarding the booking dates, but once this was raised they sorted it straight away and came out the very next day. They said they would arrive before 12 and were true to their word — they arrived at 10:30 and had everything completed by 11:30. Professional, reliable, and a great job done. I’d definitely recommend Liverpool Gardening Services and will be using them again. Thank you to the team.
So pleased with our garden transformation. Tree removal, new turf and a complete garden and patio tidy up has made it look brand new. The guys all worked non-stop, offered great advice how to make the most out of the space such as removing trees and were able to quickly turn around additional requests for new sleepers and borders too. Highly recommend!
Owen and his team did an absolutely amazing job. The garden was over grown and the paved areas full of weed. It looks so neat and tidy and the plants and trees have come back to life. I found Owen extremely polite, communication was amazing, and came on time, and worked extremely hard. Would definitely recommend.
No stars really never turned up first time booked sent payment details over and when questioned it said they had done the wrong address even though I gave the correct one and the person I spoke to said thats what was in diary. Gave second chance never turned up again kept being told on way. Apologies first time didnt seem bothered the second time. You called at 4.10pm to say on way 50 mins later nothing so I called and you wanted to call the lads again to check doing a garden at 5pm not great really when was told appx 4pm. And the first appointment when I thought you were just running behind you actually did someone else's garden so think was within my right to cancel
After 9 years of artificial grass i wanted to go back to turf as I have a tortoise now who will enjoy it , the two man where very professional done a fantastic job from start to finish even taking the fake grass and rubbish away and cleaning up after it , you could tell they had been doing this job for years 👏 👍 100% for this company am having them back to sort my front out next week .
I couldn’t be happier with the work they did! My garden was overgrown and they transformed it so quickly. Really professional, hardworking, and left everything spotless. Would definitely recommend!
