Tree felling, pruning, hedge topping and stump removal form the core of the work described by customers of this Liverpool tree surgery firm, alongside smaller jobs such as fitting a new fence post. Recurring praise centres on the standard of the finished result: several reviewers describe trees taken down cleanly and gardens left tidy, with all waste and rubbish removed and the ground cleared afterwards. Punctuality stands out too, with teams reported to arrive when agreed and complete the job efficiently, in one case within five days of the first enquiry.

Pricing is repeatedly described as fair or better than expected for the amount of work done, and quotes are said to be clear beforehand. Communication is another theme, with Andrew named often for listening to instructions, welcoming customers' input and even doing more than quoted. Manners are mentioned frequently, with polite and hard-working crews. A recurring point concerns the clearing of cuttings and debris, since multiple accounts note that no mess was left behind after conifer felling, pruning or hedge work.
