Tidiness after completion stands out as the theme running through almost every account of McAuley Tree Surgery's work around Belfast. Customers describe crews such as Matthew and Reece, Ray and Marty, and Kieran and Robin arriving to grind stumps, remove large or dangerous trees, and prune and shape hedges and shrubs, then leaving gardens without a stray leaf to show for the job.

Safety in difficult locations is another recurring point, with reviewers referencing a large tree taken down safely alongside a busy road and delicate work carried out close to a workshop with no margin for error. Quotes are described as arriving promptly after enquiries, matching the price eventually charged, and jobs following on within a reasonable timeframe. Several clients mention returning to the same team for repeat work, including trimming and removing trees for a second or third time, citing consistent quality across visits.

Friendliness and professionalism of the crews are mentioned alongside the technical results, with one reviewer noting that logs were left neatly stacked for the homeowner's own use rather than simply hauled away. Storm-related callouts are also referenced, with a stump ground down using proper equipment shortly after a tree fell during bad weather. The business operates every day of the week, fitting jobs in across gardens and roadsides throughout the wider Belfast area.
