Mimosa Landscaping

We are extremely disappointed with the work carried out by James on our patio. The job was originally completed in June 2025, but only a few months afterwards, the grouting started coming away and a patio slab began to sink. We recently contacted James to return and correct the issues, but the experience only got worse. Communication and professionalism was very poor throughout, both during the initial build and when he returned. James turns up whenever he feels like it with little to no organisation or communication. For example, he told us he would arrive in the morning but did not show up until nearly 2pm, with no apology and a host of excuses as to why he was late, 'finished' and left without telling us and speeding away rather quickly. It felt like we were an inconvenience to him and that he had no interest in remedying his poor workmanship. The standard of the remedial work was still poor. Overall, we found James to be unreliable, unprofessional, and incompetent. Unfortunately, we would not recommend his services.

We’ve recently used Mimosa Landscaping for our driveway and garden and the results are superb! James is very friendly, professional and has gone above and beyond with our garden, even looking after it in our absence! Thanks to you and the team for all your hard work. We will certainly be recommending you to others and know who to contact if ever we need :)

James and his team did an excellent job on our lawn, front driveway, rear driveway and patio paving. We are very happy with the completed work.

James and the team at Mimosa Landscaping did a fantastic job on our garden. He really helped us shape the design, and while it took a bit of trust to follow his vision, we’re so glad we did — the end result is amazing. As well as the back garden, they block-paved our driveway and redesigned the front garden too. The team worked really hard, and we’re delighted with the quality of the work. What’s even better is that they came back afterwards to sort out a couple of little things that needed adjusting once everything had settled in. That extra care really stood out. We couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend James and Mimosa Landscaping to anyone.
