They brought the level up by 200mm so as the final level of the grass was perfectly level with the existing patio. Me and the wife are over the moon with the job they did, it looks great and they did it for 25 % less than my other quote I had, highly recommended 5 stars from me, thank you boys ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Impressed and happy with the final result of my imprinted concrete driveway and the efficiency and responsiveness of the team despite the challenging weather. Moss landscapes also recommended competent providers of fencing and gate automation which saved me a lot of time and ensured I got an excellent final result. Had been recommended Moss Landscapes through a neighbour, they have done a fantastic job of our back garden. Transforming it from run down to a clean and easier to maintain. Paul took our ideas and created an ideal space to reflect our plans. Gary and Graham have been great with good communication and professionalism, I would highly recommend them for your own future projects.

Moss landscaping were abysmal to work with from the second the deposit was paid. Paul was more than eager to come and do the original visit in which we discussed the plan for the garden, as well as the price and deposit. Once the deposit was paid, that was the last pro-active contact from Paul or anyone at Moss Landscaping I received. Initially Paul promised that work would begin approximately 2 weeks after the deposit was paid - I found myself having to frequently chase this up AFTER the two weeks, at which point I was promised a further vague "approximately 2 weeks" with work only beginning a MONTH after the initial quote, and after I'd requested the deposit back multiple times due to lack of communication and inability to provide a date. The work itself was incredibly poorly managed, with staff staying for about 4 hours tops each day, meaning the work took much longer than necessary and longer than promised - and with the frequent late arrivals, it was left to myself to handle deliveries of materials - something that should have been done by Moss Landscaping. I advised Paul I'd be working the week of the garden work (despite trying to initially book the work for time I had off from my own job) to which Paul stated was fine and would not be an issue - only to find the staff then harassed my neighbours into using their electricity, because I didn't leave my windows open to allow the staff to plug in - something that was not requested until the day of the work as I was actively leaving for my own job with little time to turn around - something which could have been easily remedied if a generator was hired as discussed at the very beginning. Furthermore the work was not completed in the manner it was discussed - we were told that the garden could be levelled to what was the lowest point (flowerbed at the back of the garden), with stairs added at our back door. Instead the garden was raised to the top of the concrete base panel of the fence so everything has essentially been raised by a foot. During the work, one of the staff even openly discussed doing drugs, stating my new garden would be "a boss place to smoke weed" - which I'm sure I don't need to elaborate on how unprofessional that is. In short - avoid using Moss Landscaping at all costs. They are drastically overpriced for the work received and are easily the most unprofessional company I have had the displeasure of working with.
When Paul came to give me a quote for my back garden he listened to what I wanted & gave me a quote. Then Paul suggested to use printed concrete, which I hadn't thought of. I then decided to do the back, side & front garden. Mark, Paul, Jordan & Mike arrived to do the work, they were amazing & worked non stop, were so friendly & discussed options throughout. The outcome is absolutely brilliant. I would definitely recommend them if you want a new garden. However the after sales team need their system looking into as it is so difficult to get through to them.
