Fantastic work by Andy and the lads, can't recommend them highly enough. This was phase 1 of work we're having carried out. Replaced all fencing, new gate, large deck and large sleeper planter built. From quote to completion everything was handled superbly. Small changes and ideas were no problem, and a couple of minor issues were immediately raised and discussed with us to find a solution we were happy with. The guys worked tirelessly through 30 degree heat, in good humour, to get the job done. We'll be sorting the lawn when we're finished with our next phase and Andy will be the first person we call.

And they’re all a very friendly, professional and respectful bunch. Andy is also reasonably priced and consulted with us to adjust the work in order to fit within our budget. He’s also a genuinely really nice guy, honest and trustworthy.

I found Andy at NW Elite Scaping via a Facebook post. He came around to look at our gardens and we discussed options. I originally had something slightly different in mind, but Andy suggested building the garden up a little to give it a better aesthetic, with the byproduct being less waste coming out of the garden. We were provided a very competitive quote for the work, and he estimated the job would take around two weeks. I explained to Andy that we’d previously had bad experiences with tradesmen not keeping to their quoted prices or timescales, but I was reassured the job would be done on time and on budget. We agreed a payment schedule, I paid a deposit and the work commenced a couple of weeks later, which was earlier than initially suggested, and suited us better. Andy and the team turned up on time, came each and every day without fail, working 11 days straight, through weekends and without any days off. He dealt with all deliveries, and went over and above in helping out with moving our belongings in and out of the garden and garage. We decided to add some fencing, a gate and some raised beds that weren’t in the original quote, and these were all done for a reasonable price, and within the 11 days (despite us expecting the original job to be two weeks). All in all we were blown away by the level of professionalism and quality of the workmanship of both Andy and his team. If you take a look, the pictures speak for themselves. The team have transformed our outdoor space, into a place the whole family can enjoy for years to come. Thank you Andy and team for your hard work and dedication to our project. I am absolutely besotted with the transformation of my garden. I am completely in love with it and cannot thank North West Elite Scaping enough. The team were fantastic, lovely guys and my pooch fell in love with them too, throwing the ball every 2 seconds and never complained once 🤣

Andy transformed our Newbuild garden from an unusable grassy mud pit to a useable space with lovely Indian sandstone patio, pergola and raised planter. We’re very pleased with the look of the final product and can’t wait for our garden furniture to arrive to finish it all off!
