Brilliant service from Danny at Sykes Tree & Garden Services. He came today to reduce the height of a very large conifer and did a fantastic job. Danny is polite, reliable, honest and clearly takes real pride in his work. He turned up when he said he would, explained everything clearly and carried out the work professionally and carefully, leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is straightforward, dependable and does exactly what they say they’re going to do. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Danny again and would highly recommend Sykes Garden Services to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional gardener/tree surgeon. Danny was brilliant from start to finish. Punctual for both quote and the job and the job itself was terrific. We were really happy with the work done; front garden tidied up and the back garden looks great now with conifers trimmed and some brambles and ivy taken out. Would highly recommend.

The perimeter hedge had grown too tall for me to easily cut. In April 2025 Sykes garden services lowered the height and shaped the hedge beautifully so that a fence could be built to meet the trees giving us full privacy within our garden. Great work. It’s now September and the hedge is still in great shape. Would highly recommend.
