I had a great time last week learning how to operate a wood chipper and a bush cutter. Clear and easy to understand and I was away! Neil our instructor was very helpful and overall a great place to learn everything about this industry.

When carrying out the initial assessment of the work we required, Nick obviously had expert knowledge and experience of trees that have a preservation order on them. The application was completed quickly and efficiently. Having been given approval by the council, the work was carried out very professionally yesterday by Josh and his team. They removed two ash trees with die back, and cut back both goat and crack willow branches which had been hanging over our conservatory and garden which were in danger of breaking during winter storms.All displayed competency and very good knowledge in their work and in the advice that I was given about the likelihood of future hazards and growth of the trees. They also removed a tree stump from our front lawn using a grinder. This was neatly done with the wood chip being used to refill the hole. All branches were chipped and debris was removed leaving our property clean and tidy. I also feel that I paid a fair price for the job that was professionally done.
I've done two courses with the arb team and it's been absolutely top class ! Excellent instructors, brilliant facilities to learn in, really nice people that want to see us all getting ahead in the industry! Thank you for all the help to everyone involved it's been a very enjoyable week
