The Roots Company removed a mature tree and three smaller trees from my garden to help prevent shrinking soil. They also assisted me in getting a license from my local council to access a common at the back of my house to remove the waste. I was very happy with the work carried out and all dealings with the company - they were always very helpful - how tidy the site was left, and the very reasonable and competitive price. Roots have carried out work on trees in our garden several times. They are very skilled at their job, shaping and pruning so the result is amazing and the trees look even more beautiful. They do the work just as requested, always polite and helpful and clear everything up afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
I've used The Roots Company for several years now and they've always done an amazing job, even often when I was not present there myself. Most recently Max and Remi came to chop down a tree, remove bamboo and pyracantha. They were both fantastic, particularly Max who knew lots about trees and kindly chopped the felled tree trunk into some 'seats' and chopped branches into firewood. They consistently provide great service for a reasonable price. Thank you, hope the great service continues and hope to employ you again for future jobs in my garden!
We used the roots company to prune the rowan tree in our back garden that was getting out of control. It was too big and tall for us to do ourselves. They were very helpful and friendly arranging a quote and giving advice. The team were very thorough on the day, removing all branches etc from our garden. They were very careful coming through our house. We are very happy with the result.
