We had a run of large conifers managed by Tree Wise Men and from quote to having the work carried out the team were fantastic, incredibly professional and very neat and tidy leaving our driveway immaculate - you would never know they had been! I couldn't recommend them more highly.

The company was very efficient with excellent communication all the way through. The men who came out were friendly and worked hard. They did a fantastic job taming the wildest laurel hedge, making it look shaped again and crowning a tree which was blocking light and far too top heavy. I can't recommend them enough.

I asked for a quote which was provided quickly on site, and I accepted it. The lead time was a couple of months as they were busy. On the appointed day the guys arrived on time and were extremely pleasant and set about a large job with efficiency and they removed everything, including the stuff previous contractors had left amongst the tree branches. I would use them again and can highly recommend their services.

Very much happy with their service. I wasn't at home when they cut my tree, but my neighbour was watching them and she said she was fascinating. They left my garden even more cleaner than it was. Im definitely keeping their number in my phone for the future. Thank you one more time

These fellows were fast, efficient, punctual, courteous and they did a terrific job with our privet hedge. They trimmed it in such a way as to preserve as much foliage as possible, while still bringing it back down to size. So, they did it perfectly. Highly recommended service.

We are delighted with the work carried out by these guys! Three days reducing our oak trees and really happy with the results. Phil and the lads were great, not a bad word to say about all of them, knowledgeable, considerate and hard working! We'd definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone based on our experience. The office and quoting were great to deal with as well, I can't fault them! Thanks guys!

We were very disappointed that the removal of the roots of our ivy bushes was not provided as part of the service and had no idea how difficult they will be to remove. Four years earlier, the same company removed all the bushes (not ivy) and their roots as part of the service. We were told that the roots would be poisoned to allow us to remove them easily, but it proved to be an impossible task even after the poisoning (done by Tree Wise Men). Had we known this, we would not pay tree surgeons' fees just for cutting the bushes. Also, some ivy bushes hidden in the lilac,were left untouched. Four month on, we are still negotiating when Tree Wise Men are going to come and kindly complete the job. To start with, there was a great reluctance to give us a date; I was told rather impolitely that they 'will ring when they have a free slot'. Then, under pressure from me, gave a date over the phone, but not confirmed it nearer the time, as was the usual practice.When the team arrived on a Saturday, some two weeks later, they saw my husband who happened to be outide, looking surprised to see them. I did tell him that I arranged the visit two weeks earlier, but he forgot (he is 89, but to be honest, without a reminder, i did not remember myself). Howver, instead of asking for me, (I was in the house) the team happily said that there was no problem if their arrival was inconvenient (my husband said they looked tired at the end of their shift and clearly wanted to get home). They promised we will get a call the following Monday to rearrange the visit. No call came for days. Then, we had to postpone the visit till September. I contacted Tree Wise Men to tell them and was promised that we will get a call then, but no call came. I have just sent a message, asking for dates to complete the job. Overall, I do not view our experience with Tree Wise men as a 5 star performance. A few years ago, they were a reliable and polite company, but not now.
