Thank you Urban Gardeners for the wonderful work in my garden. My garden had not been properly maintained for almost 4 years, and now it has truly come back to life again thanks to Tilko and Stefan. They worked incredibly hard, very conscientiously and professionally, even in the extremely hot weather. Their effort and attention to detail really showed in the final result. The garden now looks fresh, clean and beautiful again, and I can finally enjoy spending time there. A huge thank you again toTilko and Stefan for all their hard work and professionalism. I recently (April 2026) had my garden landscaped by Urban Gardeners and have been so pleased with the results. I had ideas of what i wanted to do but the team helped me bring it to life. The whole team were a great group of professionals who got straight to work and kept me updated throughout. They also made me feel right at ease. We had some issues during but the team always found a solution. I would definitely recommend. They will be back for some final touches to the garden (flowers, bushes etc) and regular maintenance to keep my garden looking great. Thank you Tilko, Bush and team - a job very well done!
Do not use this company! Working in construction myself I am a firm believer that when you make mistakes you should own them and try to find a solution everyone is happy with. Urban Gardeners did exactly the opposite and only offered a solution that suited them and their bank account. They took our deposit and on the morning work was due to start let us know they wouldn’t be coming unless we paid them an extra £800 pounds. We asked them about the reason for the uplift in cost to which they replied no explanation could be found. They then refused to answer any of my phone calls and lied about the course of events. This experience has really demonstrated to me the extent to which cowboy companies such as Urban Gardeners have no understanding of manners, customer service, or even common decency. Complete time wasters.
Appalling experience with these guys. It started really well - they visited the site and seemed great, we had comms over email to sign off a quote and paid a 60% deposit upfront. At 10pm the night before they emailed to say they calculated the price wrong and wouldn't be coming. Hugely disappointing to be told with such late notice the work wouldn't be going ahead and no real rectification beyond 'we can send you the more expensive quote if you want'. Our fence has been collapsing for a while and we're now left with the prospect of starting from square 1 with contacting new companies. Couldn't recommend to anyone, incredibly disappointing.

Tilo, Sam and their team were fantastic. They provided a competitive price with zero hidden charges, and worked super hard to stick to the schedule they provided. The garden is beautiful and in my opinion, they went over and above to make sure every aspect was covered.
