Crown lifting and pruning of a cherry laurel, cutting back conifers left untouched for years, felling a substantial cedar of some eighteen to twenty metres alongside a wild cherry, trimming tall Trachycarpus palms and clearing unwanted stumps all feature among the jobs carried out by this Reading tree surgery. Dave and his colleagues are named frequently, credited with explaining several options at quotation stage and factoring in ecological considerations before larger felling work went ahead.

On site, customers describe the crew checking in during the work to confirm pruning and shaping matched expectations, chipping material where it fell and leaving gardens, patios and driveways thoroughly cleared once finished. Reliability comes up again and again, with the team arriving when promised and sending reminder messages ahead of appointments, removing any need to chase for updates.

One job continued through particularly hot weather without any loss of care towards the surrounding property. A number of customers mention being pointed towards the firm by a friend and returning for further tree work afterwards, pointing to consistent trust in both the standard of the surgery itself and the smoothness of the process from enquiry to completion. Appointments run from half past seven each weekday morning until eight in the evening, with Saturday slots available until four.
