The tree surgeons were very good, polite and respectful, knowledgeable and completed the tree cut in no time at all. Took all the debris away. Highly recommended.
Wilby Tree Surgeons were superb, They did a great job of our tree, which was huge. As it is great example of a Cherry Tree, I wanted a company to reduce the size without butchering it. They cleared up after themselves and you would never know they had been there. I highly recommend them.
Outstanding service throughout, I have a very large Lime tree with a TPO which needed significant reduction, from the initial survey to the admin and the cutting, the staff were completely professional and efficient, and at a sensible price, - thank you all so much!
The tree surgeons were friendly, polite and professional. They had a great deal of knowledge and advise. Very pleased with the service. However, the customer service was very slow and didn't seem to value our custom.
Exceptional service. Had to have the team out for an emergency. A branch had dropped off a huge tree in the garden. Paul Meakins visited within half and hour and his team were up the tree within the hour. Fully informed of the process and what needed to be done. Invaluable to have a professional, trustworthy firm. Definitely good value for money. Thank you.
I had a Very large Ash tree removed from my garden 7th May 2024. Simon and Tom were absolutely AMAZING . They worked so hard and to a very high standard. Very professional and so friendly, they were both very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. They were very tidy on completion of the work too. They logged up some of the remaining tree for me too. Simon and Tom are a credit to Wilby Tree company. I would recommend them 100%.
