Really pleased with the continued services provided by Tracey and Shelley. They are such a hardworking pair and genuinely get stuck in from the moment they arrive. Nothing seems too much trouble, and they just quietly get on with the job and do it properly. They are friendly, reliable and clearly care about the standard of their work. We have been really impressed and would not hesitate to recommend them.
Brambles & Nettles carried out an extensive garden clearance for us today and I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Tracey and Shelley worked exceptionally hard from start to finish, taking a very methodical approach and showing real care in both the quality of their work and the clean-up afterwards. Before the job, they visited to fully understand our requirements and scope the work properly, which gave us great confidence from the outset. The project involved removing a hugely overgrown evergreen shrub that had reached tree height, taking down a spruce tree and a large conifer, clearing significant amounts of ivy and brambles throughout the garden, cutting back ivy and honeysuckle over an arch and along fences, removing overhanging cherry tree branches, and clearing three borders as well as a side patio area. We had arranged a skip, and they carefully loaded and packed everything down efficiently, leaving it neat and ready to go. The level of organisation and attention to detail was outstanding. The transformation has been incredible — our garden feels like ours again, and we can finally get back outside and enjoy the space. Tracey and Shelley were an absolute joy to work with. They clearly care deeply about both the gardens they work on and their customers, and they truly went above and beyond. As a lovely finishing touch, they even built a house for our visiting hedgehogs using the chopped spruce trunk and branches. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Brambles & Nettles. They offer excellent value and deliver a genuinely high-quality service.
We booked in a garden clearance with Tracey and Shelley and we were not disappointed. The pricing is very reasonable and the amount that was cleared for us was amazing for a days work! On behalf of Irene G. What a pleasure it was to have Tracey and Shelley here. They were so polite, hardworking and knowledgeable. They accomplished lots in a short time and amazingly so. They cut a tree down with such knowledge and it was amazing how easy they made it seem. I looked forward to their happy presence and the fact that they acknowledged me made me personally happy.
Tracey and Shelley are so knowledgeable I trusted them completely when it came to the garden - what to keep, what to take out and how to help things thrive. They were really flexible with how they did the work (allowing us to save to get the job done!) and I can’t believe how much they achieved just in the day they were here. Looking forward to having them back in the new year and how far they’ll transform the garden next time!
