The company is fully insured, and its team holds recognised qualifications relevant to the grounds maintenance industry. Services include grass cutting, lawn mowing, hedge cutting, weed removal, litter clearance, and pressure washing. David Hart is the Owner/Manager of The Car Park Man.

CPM Grounds Maintenance Ltd has built a client base spanning commercial sites and private gardens across the Birmingham area, including Halesowen and Redditch. Reviewers managing city centre courtyards and retail park grounds describe striped, immaculate lawns, neatly shaped topiary and well-managed planting borders maintained consistently through the seasons without disrupting day-to-day business activity. Reliability and professionalism come up often, with facilities managers noting the company was brought in to tackle overgrown hedgerows and patchy lawns that have since been restored to a properly maintained, tidy condition after every visit.

Large or overgrown hedges are mentioned by more than one client as having been brought under control without fuss, with the crew leaving the site noticeably tidier each time. David is named specifically for patio work in a domestic garden, described as thorough and reasonably priced. Colourful flower borders and healthy, well-kept grass are mentioned for residential jobs alongside the commercial contracts. The business operates every day of the week without fixed daily closing hours, and clients across both private gardens and larger managed grounds describe a contractor that quietly delivers consistent results without requiring close oversight once a schedule is in place.
