Creative Roots

I’m very disappointed with the way my enquiry has been handled since February. I was asked on two separate occasions to provide my home address and contact number, which I did promptly each time, yet I received no further communication or follow-up afterwards. After multiple emails and repeated promises to get back to me, the lack of response and professionalism has been extremely frustrating. Don’t waste your time!

Had a complete revamp, garden levelled and rebuilt. Ben was great on sorting the design, and very proactive on any suggestions for change. Build team of Alex, Ryan and Charlie were great, and was very impressed by their attention to detail and desire to get a perfect finish. All they needed was coffee to keep going! Very pleased with the outcome and would recommend them, be it a small or large job.

Creative Roots have just finished a project in our West Bridgford garden and I wanted to take a few moments to pass on my thanks and to recommend them to anyone looking for a landscaping company. From design consultation, build and project sign off, Neil and the whole team have been wonderful. Matt and Jay worked on the job and were a pleasure to have around. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they had great ideas and general gardening advice. Most importantly, the new garden looks fantastic! The skill and workmanship is beyond our expectations and the attention to detail is outstanding! Thank you everyone

Matt Turney and team from Creative Roots descended on us and it took ten days to get them off site, obviously far too many cups of tea/coffee and cold drinks!!! But the results are stunning and well beyond expectations. From the initial planning stage with Ben Bliss through to completion the teams attention to detail and my needs were first class. Matt took the plans and was able to interpret and add little changes that just worked so well for the finished garden, he is a man who's opinions and ideas are well worth listening to. Matt, Charlie, Leon and Jack all had input and worked hard to produce an excellent result and I thank you all for your help, a great team and asset to Creative Roots.

We recently had a raised bed and makeover in the back garden and are very happy with the result. Friendly, reliable and hardworking team, consultation good throughout and lovely planting. Also good at clearing up at the end and leaving the place clean and tidy. Can't wait for everything planted to come on.

We had the creative roots team in last year to completely redesign our garden and they have been fabulous from start to finish. Neil listened to our list of needs/wants and created a beautiful design for us which the team bought to life. Everyone we dealt with from creative roots was friendly, polite and really helpful. Neil, Matt, Leon and Jack were always happy to answer questions, make suggestions and reassure us through the whole process. The garden looks beautiful and we’re really looking forward to seeing it mature. Would highly recommend.

Creative Roots take care of our regular maintenance and have done some recent landscaping work for us too. They are great at staying on top of the garden generally and communicate with us about the things they have done/need doing and send us follow up emails confirming all matters. The maintenance team are friendly and amenable. The landscape team are also great. They helped us plan the works, provided straightforward and clear quotations which were updated in a simple and understandable way as we went along. The guys who conducted the works were friendly and tidy which was very welcome. We are really pleased with the facelift our garden has had! Thank you 🙏
