4.9 / 5 · 285 totalDO NOT WORK WITH THEM! We had a beautiful eucalyptus tree in our front garden- it was actually why we bought the house. It was so lovely to give cuttings to neighbours and friends. When it started getting a bit close to the lines, we engaged this company- the brief we agreed on was a 10% reduction in canopy. They turned up 20 minutes before the scheduled start time and, by the time I had realised they were there at the appointment time, had literally removed all branches with leaves. They told me they were told to pollard the tree. This was in October 24 so first of all, you should never pollard a eucalyptus in autumn, and secondly was almost two years ago- they kept gaslightling me that it would grow back but it never did. Since then, I am in constant touch with them. They dont reply. They sent someone over to the house a few months ago after several emails, and they admitted the wrongdoing. After that, what did we get? A quote for removing the tree!! They are unqualified, rude, and to be honest a bit sexist too. Even though I had sorted out all the bookings, they refused to talk to me, only my husband. DO NOT USE if you care at all about your trees and your sanity.
