GraftinGardeners Ltd

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! We had a beautiful eucalyptus tree in our front garden- it was actually why we bought the house. It was so lovely to give cuttings to neighbours and friends. When it started getting a bit close to the lines, we engaged this company- the brief we agreed on was a 10% reduction in canopy. They turned up 20 minutes before the scheduled start time and, by the time I had realised they were there at the appointment time, had literally removed all branches with leaves. They told me they were told to pollard the tree. This was in October 24 so first of all, you should never pollard a eucalyptus in autumn, and secondly was almost two years ago- they kept gaslightling me that it would grow back but it never did. Since then, I am in constant touch with them. They dont reply. They sent someone over to the house a few months ago after several emails, and they admitted the wrongdoing. After that, what did we get? A quote for removing the tree!! They are unqualified, rude, and to be honest a bit sexist too. Even though I had sorted out all the bookings, they refused to talk to me, only my husband. DO NOT USE if you care at all about your trees and your sanity.

Thank you GraftinGardeners. Removed two Cypress trees. Very professional and made the whole process easy. From getting the permission from the borough to cutting them down. Amazing team!

I recently had three tree surgeons from GraftinGardeners come to pollard my tree, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced in their work. They took the time to explain what they were doing and answered all my questions with confidence and expertise. The team worked efficiently, carried out the job to a very high standard, and left everything incredibly tidy afterwards. Their attention to detail and respect for my property were outstanding. The tree looks fantastic, and I was impressed by how smoothly the whole process was handled.

Quality Tree Surgeon Services From an amazing company! I’ve used Graftin Gardeners for a few years now and they always do an incredible job for a competitive price I’d Certainly Recommend!

Had bamboo removed when moving into a new house - really efficient and thorough team! Clear communication, arrived on time, did the work exceptionally well and thorough. Have got them booked to return for a very overgrown tree.

I’m very particular about the care of my trees, so I was delighted with the work carried out by Aaron and his two colleagues from GraftinGardeners. They were professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job with the trees, leaving them looking neat and healthy. The whole team worked efficiently and took great care throughout. I couldn’t recommend them enough

Aaron, Harry and Frankie arrived promptly to remove an extremely large and old tree from my back garden this morning. They worked incredibly hard as a team and cleared up as they went along. They are very diligent and very nice hardworking men and I 100% would recommend them.
