Gray’s ground maintenance

In Wilford, Gray’s ground maintenance has generated a body of feedback that centres on Steven and Matt, whose names appear again and again in customer accounts. Reviewers repeatedly describe the pair as dependable, punctual and swift, with a professionalism and careful eye for detail that carries from the first visit to the finished result. The work covered in the feedback includes cutting back and removing hedges and trees, tidying borders and general upkeep, and turning overgrown spaces into practical, usable gardens is a theme that returns often.

Customers regularly draw attention to the plant, shrub and tree knowledge the two bring, and to the neat state in which a site is left, with all clippings taken away. Another point raised is how clearly the brief is understood and delivered, and that the figure quoted represents sound value for the standard achieved. The polite, friendly manner shown, including patience with vulnerable clients, sits alongside praise for the speed of the team, and several people speak of calling on the service across a number of years.
