Professional services done with great care about environment and aesthetics of the site. I was given very valuable advice on the hight and shape of the conifers to make them significantly lighter without damaging trees. Hedges look neat and all the cuttings shredded on site. Upon initial inquiry, Kirsty was great at all communication and took great care towards my relative, aware that she is elderly, making sure she would recognise the crew with their logo etc. The work carried out by the team was professional and the garden was left tidy, with all rubbish and waste taken away. Holmes Tree Services carried out the pollarding of my apple tree and 2 small plum trees yesterday. Right from the initial communication with the company to obtain advice and quotes they have been amazing. The work was done to an excellent standard and everything cleared up brilliantly too despite the weather. I would not hesitate to use this company again if I need to and would highly recommend them to anyone. Well done all.
Excellent service provided from start to completion! We have used Rob and the team on numerous occasions since we have moved home. The work carried out each time has been exceptional. Full guidance and recommendations provided in advance of carrying out the work. Excellent communication before attending our property. Works carried out on the day in a timely, professional manner. Separate to the above, we also called upon Rob for an emergency call out when a tree blew down into the road during a storm. Rob attended within the hour, restoring safety to the road. Would highly recommend this family run company, the service they provide makes you feel like one of the family too!
