Despite it being a weekend and a last-minute request, Lloyd arrived with a level of kindness and professionalism that is rare to find. You can tell immediately that he is a man of high integrity and strong morals. He didn't just see a job; he saw someone in a bind and genuinely wanted to help. Watching him work was impressive—his technical climbing skills are clearly top-notch, and he retrieved the drone quickly and safely from a height that would make most people dizzy. It’s one thing to be good at tree surgery, but it’s another to be a truly stand-up human being who goes out of his way to support the community. We recently had lloyd to remove a large hedge and replace it with a new fence. He was brilliant, he worked so hard and carried on even though the weather has been atrocious. He also kept everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend him.
Lloyd and his team reduced two very high trees today and we were very impressed by the quality of the work, all removed branches removed from site and the area left clean and tidy. In addition, Lloyd and his team were very approachable throughout, friendly and informative. Would highly recommend.
