My Lovely Lawn London

Wasn’t a huge fan of artificial grass, but my front lawn just wouldn’t grow anything, not even weeds could survive in it. So decided to try an artificial surface. I have to say , it looks fantastic. The chaps that did the work were very good, cleaned everything up after they had finished and left the place spotless. Can’t fault the whole process from start to finish, very organised, very quick to respond and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending my lovely lawn if you’re ever looking to get yours done

The quality of the artificial grass is excellent, and the installation team did a great job. The work was completed on time, and the finished result looks fantastic. My only suggestion for improvement would be around the payment process. It could have been explained a little more clearly beforehand to avoid any confusion. Overall, I'm very happy with the product and the installation, and I would recommend them.

This was an absolutely seamless one day Astro turf installation. The garden size is 38m2 The Brazilian guys Anderson and team were very polite and professional. Adam and Shalini are very professional with the administrative and organisation of the business. Communication was done mostly on Whatsapp calls and messages which for me put me at ease. They started the Job at 7.30am and there was a slight confusion with the astro turf being delivered but they manage to retrieve another the astro turf from Doncaster to south east London to complete the Job for 6.30pm. This is a testament that they can accommodate and find quick solutions to an unforseen circumstance. Me and my family were thoroughly impressed with service and job. I have taken pictures of the before, middle and after of the process which is below. 100% will fully recommend this company.

I recently had my lawn installed by My Lovely Lawn London company (via Bark) and was very impressed from start to finish. From my first encounter with Shalini and her team has been nothing but professional and easy. I was kept informed at every point of the service and even when there was an unexpected delay in the works being done I was told immediately and offered a follow up as a form compensation to the delay. The professionalism of the team who installed the grass was top tier, very friendly and respectful. He walked us through what could be done and showed samples of the grass, which helped us make an informed decision. Shalini was also extremely helpful in providing the initial quotes and all the necessary details. She secured a very competitive deal, and we found the pricing to be reasonable compared to other companies we considered. Communication remained strong throughout the process. Although there was a minor delay in delivery, we were kept fully informed, and Shalini made every effort to ensure the work was completed as soon as the materials arrived. On the day of installation, the team—Clayton, Diogo, and John—were professional, friendly, and respectful of our property. Diogo communicated clearly throughout and guided us through each step of the process. The team worked efficiently, completed the job on time, and maintained a high standard of workmanship. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and would highly recommend this company for artificial grass installation.

Firstly great communication with the lovely shalini from the get go from quote to finalising, sent me a sample of the grass I opted for to make sure I was happy with it. Sent me full details of what I was to expect delivered. Covered any queries I had with ease and such a friendly company. When the work men turned up they were polite, friendly and worked very cleanly. They had a tricky job with my access and small entry point, but they worked extremely well and cautiously, made very little mess and cleaned up so well. They worked extremely hard all day, and the job is immaculate. Very very pleased with everything. Highly recommend My Lovely Lawn as a whole.😁
