Olivia has been very helpful with the plant design we wanted for our garden. They had a site visit and from there asked what we wanted and designed accordingly.
A fantastic experience from start to finish! I contacted NGS not quite knowing what I wanted to do with my small garden but by the end of the consultation I felt as though I had a clear sense of direction. Olivia offered some great guidance and helped me to configure all of my ideas. She presented a clear design proposal, knitting all of the things we spoke about together into something I never thought could be achievable in the space available. The rest of the team have been nothing but polite, helpful and hardworking throughout the project. They clearly care about the work they do. I cannot rate this company highly enough, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for garden design or construction work!
Great results from a hardworking and personable team. They were a pleasure to have on-site, the workmanship is of a very high standard and we’re super pleased with our garden. We would happily use them for future projects!
Contacted Josh as I had an issue with my side garden, grubs were eat the lawn and it was looking decidedly barren! He suggested a low maintenance Mediterranean garden as the site was south facing and asked me to leave it with him. What a fantastic job he has done for the agreed budget, so many people have commented as to how nice it looks and what a great job he’s done. It was nice to use Norfolk Garden Services again, especially as they did such a fantastic job of the back garden, many thanks again Josh, great work!
The whole team were exceptional. Josh completely understood what I wanted and provided amazing insights on how to improve my design ideas and turn it into something even better. Olivia spent lots of time discussing the best plants for the space and helping me find ones that I love and that are safe for my cat. She was on hand for all my queries and clearly cared deeply that I was happy with everything. I now have a garden that my Grandad would have been proud of!
