Professional,skilled, reliable and competitive....... everything you need from a company. I've been in construction and project management for 40 years and Steve and Dean really deliver a great product. Nothing is too much trouble and they are flexible to any scope change. Considering the amount of work and digging out involved in building a patio there was hardly any mess and no impact on us day to day. I've already recommended to a family member who is using them and they are coming back to carry out some further work for me. Absolutely 100% recommend without hesitation.

I hired Norwich Paving & Landscaping Ltd for patio work, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The materials used seemed to be of poor quality and didn’t match what was initially discussed. Some parts already show signs of wear much sooner than expected, which raises concerns about durability. Communication throughout the project was also frustrating. Responses were slow or unclear, and I often had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates. Timelines were not well managed, and expectations were not properly set. Overall, the combination of subpar materials and poor communication made this a negative experience. I would advise others to be cautious and ensure everything is clearly agreed upon in writing before proceeding.

Absolutely delighted with the transformation of our garden. The team were great and very efficient and tidy. From Steve first coming round and quoting to completion of project everything was great. Really couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Steve spent a lot of time with us changing our project before we had even formally booked him and he always seemed happy to help us achieve what we wanted. His entire team was really friendly, hard working, fast working and tidy. Can't fault them on anything, and we'll definitely be using them again for the next stage of our garden renovation.

Dean and Steve have recently completed our driveway and front garden. Fantastic service throughout! Highly recommend NP&L. Great quality workmanship plus they are reliable, friendly and accommodated various requests from us - including leaving a gap for hedgehogs! Our new fences and gates look great - can't wait to fill the garden with plants in Spring.
