Domestic garden maintenance and landscaping projects form the backdrop to the mixed feedback on Nottingham Gardens, which reviewers describe with a clear split between satisfied and frustrated experiences. Several customers praise Alex and his team for transforming neglected front spaces into tidy, lawned gardens, sometimes within two days, and mention punctual arrival, friendly and approachable manner, and a willingness to check the finished result pleased the client. Reasonable pricing and a helpful attitude come up often, with work covering lawn care, general garden upkeep and clearance of overgrown areas.

Reliability, however, is the recurring complaint among lower-scoring accounts: reviewers repeatedly mention missed appointments, jobs left unfinished after payment, and a lack of communication when plans changed, including no apology or call to explain a no-show. These accounts describe difficulty in getting outstanding work completed over a period of weeks. The pattern that emerges is one of capable hands-on gardening when the team attends, set against persistent concerns about turning up as agreed and seeing a job through to the end, with the quality of the finished garden and the friendliness of the staff the consistent positives.
