What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

ReGreen Community Interest Company carries out gardening work across Newcastle upon Tyne, and the accounts left by customers return again and again to the same strengths. Several reviewers describe the team as reliable and punctual, arriving when arranged and completing the tasks agreed, whether that involves regular maintenance visits or one-off clearances. Jakub and Kris are named repeatedly, with customers noting their friendly and professional manner as well as their willingness to share practical advice, from tips on what to grow in revived vegetable beds to guidance on maintaining a trimmed hedge.

The range of work described includes tidying overgrown shrubs, weeding, cutting back, pruning hydrangeas, removing a small tree and a stubborn stump, trimming a Buddleia and a front hedge, and renovating neglected vegetable boxes, with planters and pallet-built containers supplied for a concrete yard in Heaton. Tidiness after the job is a point that comes up often, with gardens left neat once the work is finished. Knowledge and helpful suggestions are mentioned alongside the standard of the result, and the same crew is booked again for later visits.

Sorry Jacob & Kris, better late than never!! The guys did a fantastic job trimming our overgrown hedge in the front garden and removing the stubborn tree stump back October 2025!! They were knowledgeable and gave advice on how to maintain the hedge. Very pleased to say they cleaned up after themselves. I'll have them back again at some point. Quality service 5⭐

ReGreen created some planters for a school I was working on a gardening project with, Barmston Village Primary School. The planters are great quality and are a lovely addition to the schools new sensory garden. The ReGreen team were friendly and helpful throughout the process and since they have been installed, the children have loved growing a wide variety of herbs and flowers in them. Thanks Kris and Jakub!

Quick to reply, polite and professional. Rate given up front and no making numbers up on the spot. Did a great job weeding our borders in what certainly wasn't the most pleasant weather!

I would not hesitate to recommend ReGreen. I found them to be reliable and professional plus they did an excellent job tidying up overgrown shrubs and doing an awful lot of weeding and cutting back. I have already booked them for a return visit later in the season.
