Steve has just finished a paved garden path for us and we couldn’t be more pleased. The end result (a porcelain tiled path the length of the garden) is exactly what we hoped for, but Steve’s communication, professionalism and friendliness have all exceeded our expectations. Steve responded very quickly to our initial email enquiry, came round to our house within a few days to discuss the job and followed up the next day with a reasonable quote. We set a start date a fortnight later, but in the meantime Steve organised the delivery of all the materials and a skip. The work started on the day Steve said it would and took the three days that he said he’d need. The other members of team that Steve brought in (Natalie and Richard) were just as hardworking and friendly. We had every confidence in Steve from start to finish and were happy to leave him with a key when we had to go away on the last day. We’re very pleased with our new path and I have no hesitation in recommending Steve for both the work he’s done for us and the easy, friendly way he went about it.
