From start to finish, we knew we made the right choice in using this family run business rather than the big national companies. Always available to answer even the smallest of questions 7 days a week. The installation was smooth and the lads were polite and professional. We will be using them again on the next phase.
Dean and Micky from Spencer & co fitted my beautiful pergola on Thursday the 22nd of July and it’s just WOW 🤩 I absolutely love it the service from the beginning was incredible from the girls in the office. I'd ordered a pergola and quite a few items for my garden six weeks ago from a reputable company Maze and had nothing but issues with the customer service, delivery and the installation it was returned three times with missing parts and a number of issues plus I was verbally abused by the contractor they sent. Maze then instructed Spencer and Co to complete the installation, I was skeptical at first given the issues but they listened to my issues and took over reordering my faulty pergola and arranging delivery direct to them so I didn't have to deal with Maze directly. They checked over my order to ensure it was correct and then delivered it within days and installed honestly what was such a stressful experience they made so much easier. They lads were very helpful and the company kept me updated throughout I would definitely recommend!!!! I honestly wish I'd just ordered direct with them and cut out all the hassle!
Carl and Mikey were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They couldn’t have done more to help and are a real credit to the company. Our pergola is exactly what we wanted, built precisely where we wanted it and completed efficiently to a very high standard. We’re delighted with the result and would highly recommend them.
Highly recommend Spencer & Co Ltd. After lots of research on various companies, we finally decided to go with these and it was definitely the right choice. So glad we came across them! They did an absolutely fantastic job on our garden and fitting our pergola. Right from the offset, they were really friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. Loveliest guys to have to come and do your garden for you! They definitely set the bar high and exceed your expectations. Love how professional everyone is within the company too. Dan was so informative and took his time on the first meeting. Never felt rushed. Communication is top tier. They're so busy but still value their customers so much and respond efficiently. Definitely no sales tactics here, never felt pushed into spending more etc. Always just given honest advice on what would be suitable for us. Just quality guys you can trust. Dean took the time to visit us again and measure up for our pergola which I think is amazing service. They could have just rushed but he was fab at explaining what would potentially work best for our space. Customer service is just brilliant. Baz and Olly did our garden work. Extremely hard working guys. Always cleaned up after themselves too. The guys who fitted the pergola did a brilliant job too! Everyone was so professional. Couldn’t be more pleased with not only our pergola, but the whole process of purchasing to seeing the finished product. Claire answered my “thousand” questions with such patience, no matter what day or time of day, the pergola was installed within two weeks of me making a decision, Dean and Luke who are installed the pergola, and were such nice guys, answering any more questions I had, were efficient, professional and left no mess. It took me a while to decide which firm to go to but I am so pleased, and couldn’t be anymore satisfied, with my choice. Quality service, quality product
