Hedge trimming and shaping form the backbone of the work customers describe, with routine grass cutting, annual tidy-ups, weed control and patio or driveway cleaning also featuring regularly. Michael and his team, including Adam, are named repeatedly for their politeness, reliability and punctuality, with reviewers noting that they turn up when expected and work hard regardless of conditions. A number of customers describe the finish in detail: grass cut neatly, hedges trimmed precisely and the site left spotless once the job is complete.

An extended flowerbed with a new surround, slate and membranes is one project singled out for the difference it made to the front of a house, and patio and driveway work is said to have looked new afterwards. Communication is a point that comes up often, from the initial assessment and quote through to payment, which is described as straightforward. Advice on maintaining a garden going forward is mentioned as a helpful extra, while the team's friendliness and willingness to brave poor weather are highlighted. Regulars who have used the service for two years or more value the consistent standard and the agreeable pricing they found for garden maintenance in the Belfast area.
