Tree removal and crown reduction form the core of the work described by customers of this London arboricultural contractor, whose teams are repeatedly praised for their skill and care. Reviewers mention large horse chestnuts, diseased ash, sycamores, palms, yuccas, mimosas and silver birches being felled, reduced or given a light trim, with branches carried through flats and houses without any damage to the property.

A theme running through the feedback is the punctuality and professionalism of the crews, named in reviews as Maz, Frankie, Awe, Sean, Daniel, Gianni, Alfie, Finbar, David, Dhillon, Aklin, Jack and Allen. Customers in several reviews describe the thorough explanations offered before work begins and the clear communication maintained throughout, from the initial quote to the final tidy-up. Tidiness is a recurring theme, with gardens left usable and debris cleared away, while pricing is described as reasonable and competitive.

Reviewers also highlight the expertise shown while moving through trees, ladders and sheds, and the polite, friendly manner of everyone involved. Longer jobs, including one lasting nine hours in an overgrown garden, are noted for the effort put in and the extra tasks taken on beyond the original brief. The care taken to protect interiors during removal work is singled out as reassuring.
