We contacted the company following an emergency situation where a tree had fallen onto our car. Henry was extremely helpful and quickly arranged for a team to attend the next day. In the meantime, the council sent their own team to carry out the work, and Henry was very understanding and supportive throughout. He kindly agreed to cancel the booking without any charges. Excellent customer service, professional communication, and a genuinely helpful approach. Highly recommended.
