Unlike other garden designers, Sally listened to our general ideas, and built on those, coming up with lots of great ideas that we'd never have thought of. Really good collaboration together. One year on, our garden is just what we wanted, and (best of all) with minimal maintenance. Sally is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend her.

After spending some time listening, looking at and discussing the planting area Sally produced a detailed breakdown and costing of all that would be involved in improving my garden. She worked extremely hard and implemented those ideas brilliantly and I am thrilled with the results. She has also given me clear instructions on how to maintain the garden and drawn out a detailed plan of all the plants. Excellent service, thank you.

Sally's work was recommended to me initially by a 2 new neighbours, but then we also saw a totally different garden she has designed and really loved the blend of plant knowledge with varied hard landscaping and creativity. Each garden with which she was involved was unique. Our patch was a real challenge for any gardener, having poor drainage, heavy clay, two mature trees just over our fence, and nothing but rough grass. Sally was encouraging, enthusiastic and also realistic. She showed flexibility in her approach, amended the planting as necessary and always communicating clearly and in a timely way. She listens carefully to her clients' needs, hopes and fantasies, and is pragmatic in her approach. She makes clear the various options available, right at the start, so you can commit financially to the level of her input you want with confidence. She's incredibly hardworking when actually creating the garden physically, preparing beds, laying turf sourcing, planting, and she's also very generous with her time and effort. We are thrilled with the transformation achieved in a relatively short time, and cannot recommend her highly enough.

Excellent garden transformation - highly recommend! We're absolutely delighted with the work Sally has done for us. After extending our house, we lost part of our garden and wanted to make the most of the remaining space, but lacked both the time and knowledge to do it ourselves. Sally was recommended to us and she's been wonderful from start to finish. She presented us with thoughtful ideas and options, then took care of arranging all the work, making the whole process stress-free. Sally provided us with guidance and suggestions, which such enthusiasm, in helping us to decide how to rework our garden to be lower maintenance, and more usable due its unusual shape. We had some of our own ideas, which with her expert advice, we have decide not to proceed with, as she politely pointed out consequences we had not thought of, which was gratefully received,. Sally designed my small garden in my new build property. She asked me good questions and really listened to my answers, to understand my requirements, preferences and how I want to use the garden. We discussed options and Sally contributed her expertise and knowledge. The final design she produced is lovely and she ensured she captured everything we discussed, even the smallest of details. She has great people skills and listened carefully to my likes and dislikes and then created a beautiful space that I could not have imagined on my own.
