Removed very big tree stump in my garden. Very quick to respond and gave me a quote based on photos. Extremely professional, friendly, and polite. Used guards and followed health & safety guidelines. Cleared up afterwards. Used mats to get the stump grinder to the destination so no damage was done to the existing patio. Job very well done. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
The team were great from start to finish on my bamboo removal. The quote process was really quick, there was great response from the office when I had some questions and clarifications. The team arrived on time each day, great communication on what was happening, they were courteous, gave additional advice and were generally a joy to have around. Joe went above and beyond climbing into a culvert when my dog decided to go stick hunting! The area was left clean and tidy afterwards. I can’t recommend them highly enough and will definitely be having them back for any other work.

From start to finish a pleasurable experienced. Matt carried out a site survey as planned, I was immediately impressed with his knowledge, he told me what was required rather than me tell him, gave a quote, which wasn't the cheapest but I've been disappointed with cheap quotes previously and I wanted a professional. His staff turned up on the day, they were courteous and also as knowledgeable, got straight to work, liaised with the neighbour, carried out the work safely and competently, cleared both mine and neighbours gardens. Left our oak tree looking the best I've seen it. Would highly recommend this company.
Matt from Dr Stump came to do a thorough site assessment and tree evaluation. We were having second thoughts about the removal of our majestic ash trees so Matt kindly gave us a fantastic recommendation to seek services of a tree expert in ash dieback to ensure with absolute certainty what action was best for the trees and biodiversity. Luckily the trees were not too bad so they just needed dead wood removal and some remedial work, meaning that we were happy and the creatures that depend on the trees for habitat, shelter and food can thrive. It was a big job which entailed clearing a lot of unruly blackthorn and Prunus laurocerasus, willow coppicing and remedial tree works, crown lifting plus stump grinding. The men were polite, kept the site clean and were considerate, despite awful weather - snow, rain, hail and the awkward site - they kept smiling and professional throughout. These are true pros, properly qualified, with industry health and safety working practices. Very pleased, highly recommended
