Big thank you to Ethan and his team. They did a fantastic job cutting and reshaping our conifers, as you can see by the before and after photos. They were very professional and cleared and took away all of the cuttings. Would definitely recommend and call Ethan and his team again.

Excellent service from EJ Tree Surgery- they took down a huge tree that had grown too big in the front garden causing the pavement to lift and become a slip and trip hazard where kids and parents walk to school. They had it down in no time with minimum disruption to the road and cleaned up properly. Pricing was reasonable for the level of skill and danger also. Would recommend.

Very disappointed with the service from EJ Tree Surgery. In May, my father paid £1,800 on my behalf for tree work at my property. The payment was made into the business owner’s personal bank account. A neighbour also paid separately for additional stump removal, and I had agreed to reimburse half the cost. While the initial tree work was completed, the waste from the stump removal was never cleared, despite repeated verbal assurances that it would be. Since then, my father, the neighbour and I have all tried multiple times to contact EJ Tree Surgery by text, phone and email. These follow-ups have been ignored. A formal email was sent setting a clear deadline for action, which also went unanswered. Despite this, the business continues to promote itself and post regularly on social media, showing completed jobs and seeking new customers, all while refusing to address ongoing issues with existing clients. There has been no written invoice, no formal confirmation of the work agreed, and no response to multiple attempts to resolve the matter. I am now pursuing the matter further through Citizens Advice and Trading Standards, and preparing to take action via the small claims court to recover the cost of clearing the remaining waste. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend EJ Tree Surgery to others.

Required a large silver birch tree removing in our garden with difficult access. Great work by Ethan and his team to clear, leaving areas nice and tidy, and checked in to see that we were happy upon completion. Would highly recommend!

Very pleased with the work carried out by Ethan and his team. Skilled, well equipped, friendly and courteous. Garden looking much better after crown reduction of trees and shaping and trimming of hedges. Cleared all debris and left everything tidy. Would use again.
