James is the Founder & Managing Director; he studied horticulture at Bicton in Devon, has over 25 years experience in the horticulture industry, including international work in Australia and the United States, and project managed a medal winning urban show garden at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Steve is the Maintenance Director and studied horticulture through an apprenticeship at Bristol Zoological Gardens. Tracey is the Finance Manager with over 30 years experience in professional financial management.

Tom is a Senior Gardener and is RHS Level 2 qualified. Amber is the Lead Gardener at Badminton School. Charlotte retrained with the RHS in 2017 and studied for a Garden Design Diploma. Lucy completed a City and Guilds Practical Horticulture course and is RHS level 2 qualified.
