Rob was excellent, he responded to my initial email promptly and had a site visit booked within a week. Both the verbal advice given and the written report were very detailed and useful to ensure the tree in question was healthy and stable, with recommendations for maintaining it.
Rob recently came round to carry out a site inspection & exploratory investigation in relation to potential root damage from council vegetation. He was very professional & provided an excellent report based on his findings which I have submitted to the local council for my claim. I would wholeheartedly recommend his services!
Rob was incredibly attentive, responsive and fair in his dealings with me as a Landscape Architect looking for support for a planning submission in London.
