Fantastic service on a massively overgrown pyracantha hedge. Had 4 companies come and quote and then fail to turn up multiple times, but U&W sent a detailed quote and insurance documents before starting and came when they said they would and most importantly the hedge looks absolutely fantastic - the best it’s ever looked. Great price for a nasty job! Would thoroughly recommend and will be using again!
The new team which includes Liam and Joe as well as the ever reliable Jordan arrived yesterday on time to provide the annual short back and sides to our hedges and trees. All work was carried out exactly as requested and everything cleared away. I struggle at times dealing with trades people who don’t turn up when agreed or don’t do what you asked so when you find a gem like this it is important to give back and encourage others to give them a try.
It makes a big difference to have stump removal after a tree is felled - not every firm will have that specialised equipment and I am really pleased I had that done.
We contacted Jordan as he'd pruned our trees a couple of years ago following the failure of his previous employer's business he'd been helpful then and he remains so now. Jordan and his colleague arrived on time and we confirmed the trees that needed pruning together with a large dead tree that needed to be made safe having been partially pruned several years ago. They then started work and completed what they could pending consent from the Council on the thinning out of a couple of leylandii , still awaited! Both Jordan and his colleague were, as usual, helpful, polite and worked diligently and cleared up as they went along. They also completed the work agreed earlier than planned after a day and a half. All in all the service we have received combined with the advice freely given has proved great value for money and we have no doubt that we'll be using them again in another couple of years or sooner if climate conditions require it.
We recently used the services of U & W Tree Surgery to reduce the height of a line of leylandii trees in our garden. They carried out the work efficiently also ensuring all cuttings were removed, we are pleased with the end result and will be using them again in the future.
Brilliant job, taking down the height of a Eucalyptus tree then tidying up the shape. Would highly recommend this company.
