From start to finish, this team were fantastic!!Extremely professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. The whole team worked incredibly hard, cutting down several trees safely and efficiently, and the standard of their work was excellent. Great advice and clearly know their profession. They left everything spotless afterwards, taking great care to clean up thoroughly, which was very much appreciated. Their pricing was also very reasonable and represented excellent value for money.

We have used Big Heart for some time now and Jonathan and his team always deliver a professional and efficient service. The most recent job was to fell a mature but diseased and unstable ash tree. The Big Heart team carried out this huge operation with the utmost attention to safety and protection of the environment around the working area. We recently had a large ash tree removed due to ash dieback, and I honestly cannot recommend John and the team at Big Heart Tree Care highly enough. We obtained several quotations from reputable companies, but John immediately stood out because of his conscientious and professional approach. He was the only tree Surgen to identify that neighbouring trees contained bat boxes and took the time to explain the implications and advise us on obtaining the correct confirmation before any work was undertaken. Other companies either overlooked these important environmental considerations or simply didn’t mention them. Throughout the whole process, John demonstrated genuine care for both the safety aspects of the work and the wider environment around our garden, including the potential for protected wildlife in surrounding trees. The tree itself had become dangerous, and the work was carried out safely, professionally and with great attention to detail. The team were polite, tidy and respectful of our property throughout. It is refreshing to find a company that combines excellent workmanship with a genuine concern for conservation and environmental responsibility.
