Great service once again. Have used a few times for hedge and tree cutting and always been spot on.

Absolutely brilliant company from start to finish. We were provided a detailed quotation and then the job was completed when and as promised! Couldn’t be happier!! Thank you so much. We would highly recommend and use Bristol Tree Services again.

Supposed to come today to carry out work. No one arrived and no response to phone calls to landline and mobile. Eventually had a reply by email to rearrange as someone had failed to turn up to work. I then decided not to proceed. This company seem to avoid speaking on the phone despite promises to call back on their answerphone message. Very poor customer service.

We were provided a quote for the work quickly, and the job was booked in for before Christmas. However, they made up an excuse at 6am on the day as to why they couldn’t make it. They then re-booked the job for early January, but unfortunately this time they did not even have the decency to let us know that they weren’t coming. We called both phone numbers that we were given, at least 6 times and it went to voicemail every time. We left a message, but the call was never returned. We also emailed to ask if they were coming - no reply. A shame to have to cancel work that could have been completed a month ago if we had just gone with a different company. Ignoring customers seems an odd way to run a business.

Unable to recommend. Waited over two weeks from contact for an appointment for a quote which then failed despite me making several( unanswered) phone calls to them to check they were still coming. If they came, they did not ring the doorbell or use my contact number to check if I was in. A wasted morning off work for me . My neighbour and I have now taken our respective business elsewhere .

Really happy to have found Bristol Tree Services. Anthony responded straight away and provided detailed quote which was very competitive (more realistic than one other who was way too high!). Professional and friendly. Would use again and recommend.

Great job, quick and efficient and left the premises very tidy
