Bristol Tree Services earns consistent praise from customers for tree surgery and hedge maintenance across the Bristol area. The work most often mentioned involves felling dead or contaminated trees, removing conifers and fruit trees, and keeping hedges in shape. Several reviewers describe the team as punctual and efficient, turning up on time and finishing jobs quickly without fuss. A recurring theme is the thorough clean-up afterwards, with gardens and premises left tidy once the work is done.

Communication is repeatedly commended, particularly the swift responses to enquiries and the detailed written quotations supplied before any commitment. Anthony is named for replying straight away and providing an accurate, competitive figure. Reviewers also highlight fair, realistic pricing and note that no pressure was applied when weighing up the quote.

Planning permission for work within a conservation area was handled on a customer's behalf, with the client kept informed throughout. Repeat business is common, with several people returning for further hedge and tree cutting. Politeness, a friendly telephone manner and genuinely decent conduct on site feature in many accounts. One striking result was a notably level hedge, while another customer was glad a neighbour could enjoy her garden again. Any snags that arose were sorted out without issue.
