From the start, Dylan was super insightful and considered with his recommendations which were tailored to my garden. The space needed a complete overhaul, rubble clearing, creating proper path border with shingle, tree pruning and laying over 10ft of new lawn. Dylan was very knowledgeable about soil conditions and how this would impact and help any future planting. When his young team arrived they jumped straight into action, cleared all rubble and waste away and started on reinvigorating and rotovating the soil foundations. The team worked diligently and efficiently over the 3 days they were here, happy to give advice and lots of knowledge when I asked about plants, pruning and maintenance. The impact made a huge difference to my garden, it’s made it easy to add plants and to maintain.

You forget that I've been in this business for 30 years and I've heard some interesting excuses before....yours should win an Oscar. I'm dumbfounded at your responses. Beggars belief. Would you like to come to site and face my clients directly? Offer is still open. I'm very disappointed with the owner of this company. I'm a fellow landscaper and employed him to install a patio at one of my projects. His unprofessional behaviour throughout the time he was there was a real let down plus the poor workmanship carried out was so terrible I had to rip it up and start again. Unfortunately I'd paid him in full before I'd seen his work. He has ignored polite requests to come and view the problems and ignored requests for a full refund. He has cost me a lot of money and now my only course of action is to take this matter to the small claims court which is frustrating beyond belief that he can simply ignore the fact that I've had to rip up the patio, pay for new ones and now relay the whole thing. Disgusting behaviour from a fellow "professional "
