North East Tree Surgery, based on Cheviot View in Newcastle upon Tyne, is regularly praised for the standard of work delivered by Ben and colleagues across hedges, conifers and individual trees. Feedback consistently mentions fair quoting given without pressure, followed by work carried out efficiently and exactly as agreed, with several clients noting that quotes were happily amended once requirements changed. Jobs described include cutting back unruly conifers that had outgrown their space, trimming hedges within tight or awkward gardens, taking down a hazardous tree from a yard, and pruning only after the condition of the trees had been properly assessed.

Timekeeping and proactive contact throughout a job are noted often, and some clients mention feeling comfortable leaving the team working unsupervised while they were out. A thorough tidy-up after each visit is a near-universal comment, with cuttings and branches cleared so that gardens are left neat rather than strewn with debris. Several customers say they would return to the business for further work, and repeated references to reasonable costs point to consistent value alongside the quality of the finished job. The firm operates daily except Sunday, offering scheduling flexibility for tree and hedge care throughout the working week.
