Householders in Birmingham seeking work on established garden trees and conifers describe a consistently professional service from Davies Tree Services LTD. Several customers mention Rob by name, praising his polite and approachable manner and the way he explains the work and its cost clearly before starting. The tasks recurring across accounts include pruning an apple tree, shaping conifers, trimming hedges, felling poor-condition trees and removing two trees from a front garden, along with the complete clearance of cuttings afterwards.

Reviewers repeatedly highlight punctuality, with teams arriving when promised and working steadily to finish quickly without rushing the result. Tidiness is another theme, as gardens are left clear of debris and in good order once the job is complete. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the fairness of the pricing, with quotes described as reasonable and in some cases lower than others obtained. The standard of the finished work is described as skilled and thorough for both routine hedge maintenance and larger tree removals. Punctual, friendly and efficient working practices, combined with careful clean-up, run through the feedback.
