Birmingham customers repeatedly praise South Midland Tree Services for professional, efficient tree work carried out with clear communication and a thorough clean-up. Reviewers describe the team as punctual, polite and hard-working, noting that bookings, site visits and on-the-day interactions run smoothly from start to finish. Gary is named often, with several people mentioning his willingness to leave chippings on request, remove extra branches at no additional cost and keep the job hassle-free. The work itself covers felling, removal and pruning of large trees, including a fir, eucalyptus and overhanging specimens, with branches chipped and debris swept up quickly, sometimes within two hours.

Tidiness is a recurring theme: gardens, neighbouring property and even the road outside are left spotless. Customers also describe pricing as reasonable and fair, and mention that problems, such as overhanging branches onto an adjacent property, are dealt with without fuss. The speed of larger jobs is highlighted, with one reviewer noting the work finished faster than expected. Communication before and during the job is described as very good, and the same team is repeatedly asked back for further tree work.
